Means of transportation

Development, diversification and modernization of transport were determined by the expansion and intensification of production and circulation of goods, the deepening international division of labor.
Given the need for links between production and consumption, there has been made transport project. This project can be found in shipments. They are those that move the goods produced in other branches of production where materials were produced at to be consumed in the domestic and international market. Object transport activity is the movement of passengers and cargo space.
But not all movements in space transport activity is subject under the contract of carriage. Thus, transport information, transport of liquid and gas through pipelines and other similar activities cannot form the contract of carriage. These activities are carried out through its own facilities and do not require specific operations involved in transport activities , such as taking over by the carrier of goods, duty guard and taking them to their destination.
Considered in terms of its economic content, transport activity is the means by which it facilitates the exchange of goods and movement of people, unlike the movement of thought (carriage of mail, fax, telephone transmissions), transport is subject to other rules.
Also left out of our sphere of concern postal transport, although is based on legal relations between the operator and the unit -mail, do not integrate into the contract of carriage. Moreover, neither the sender nor the recipient legal ties transport unit which carries out the correlation. The transport activity can be defined as actions that are organized and performed movement of passengers and goods in space and time.
Transport has an important role in the production which, through better organization, can help to: reduce production cycle, accelerating the rotation of working capital, improved financial indicators.
Production of an undertaking is served not only by internal transport, but transport carrying its external relations with the other companies and the entire national economy.
Hence the important function of the transport production to support links between enterprises, communications between the major industrial centers between the industrial and farming skills. This role is fulfilled by public transports, containing it: rail, river and sea, road, air transport and passenger transport. The latter serves the manufacturing process by moving the workers to and from work.
